Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or booking a class, you agree to these terms and to the studio's policies (cancellation cutoff, late-cancel fees, waiver and pre-exercise screening requirements) shown to you inside the app at the relevant moment.

2. Bookings, cancellations, and waitlists

Bookings are subject to the studio's booking window and cancellation cutoff. If you cancel after the cutoff, the booking is forfeited and no credit is returned. Waitlist spots are not charged until and unless promoted to a confirmed booking.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the studio. Refunds are at the studio's discretion; subscriptions can be managed via the billing portal linked from your account page.

4. Conduct & safety

You agree to follow studio rules and instructor direction, and to complete the pre-exercise screening and waiver before participating. The studio may refuse or cancel a booking on safety grounds.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app and may require re-acknowledgement before you can continue.
